Cozy Family Care – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

General Conditions

- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, clean, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be attached and included.
- Items with stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Creams, oils, lotions, and skincare products
- Nursing and personal care products
- Opened or used hygiene items
- Breast pads, nursing pads, and similar personal-use items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Apparel & Baby Clothing

Apparel and baby clothing may only be returned if:

- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, and damage
- In original shape and condition
- Original tags are attached

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.
